现有的压接设备可控性差、操作复杂,导致压接质量因人而异。针对此问题,提出了基于DDVC技术的导线压接设备自动化控制方案,建立了速度控制系统数学模型,应用Simulink进行仿真,分析系统性能。建立了基于DEFORM的耐张线夹压接实验模型,获得了耐张线夹压接的最佳加载速度曲线,并以此作为压接设备速度控制系统的Simulink仿真模型输入,对压接过程进行了仿真分析。结果表明:开环控制时系统存在一定的超调,加入PID控制后可有效抑制超调;所设计的压接设备可很好地跟随最佳压接曲线,跟随误差仅为0. 904 mm·s-1。研究成果对改进压接设备、提高压接质量提供了新的解决方案。 相似文献

针对厚层坚硬顶板工作面初采期间顶板大面积悬空,初次来压步距大,矿压显现强烈,易诱发冲击地压等动力灾害的问题,依据定向水力压裂技术原理,研发了定向水力压裂成套装备,制定了顶板定向压裂施工工艺;结合西部矿区厚层坚硬顶板条件,分析注水压力、压裂层位、钻孔间距等关键参数,开展了3104工作面初采期间定向水力压裂工程实践,并通过实测顶板垮落情况和分析支架阻力,检测了实施效果。结果表明,直接顶初次垮落步距约11 m,初次来压步距平均值为31.8 m,与未处理顶板相比,初次来压步距减少了62.6%,初次来压时,矿压显现较类似工作面大幅减弱,避免了厚层坚硬顶板的大面积悬空,保证了工作面安全回采。 相似文献

To examine the microscale filling imbalance in the present work, an eight-cavity injecting mold with microcylindrical-hole arrays fabricated by micro-electrical discharge machining milling technology was developed. Polypropylene (PP) was used to carry out single factor filling flow experiments with vacuuming the mold cavities. The filling height difference of micro cylindrical hole at the same position between cavity I and cavity II, which was the index of filling imbalance and the effect of mold temperature and injection rate on the filling imbalance of microholes with diameters of 200 μm and 300 μm was investigated. The results revealed that the maximum height difference reached 101 μm with low process parameters, and the filling imbalance was obvious. With the increase in mold temperature and injection rate, the filling imbalance was weakened. In addition, the impact of the scale effect on filling imbalance was checked. The filling imbalance of micro holes in 200 μm was greater than that in 300 μm using identical process parameters. With the increase in mold temperature and injection rate, the filling height difference of the two kinds of micro holes decreased. POLYM. ENG. 不同粒度的纳米碳酸钙具有不同的特性和应用范围,目前不同粒度纳米碳酸钙的可控制备方法还未见报道。以氯化钙、碳酸铵为原料,以乙醇、柠檬酸和焦磷酸钠为分散剂,采用复分解法研究了不同制备条件对纳米碳酸钙粒径的影响规律,在此基础上制备出平均粒径为17~71 nm的碳酸钙,并对其进行了表征。实验结果表明,所制备的纳米碳酸钙均为球霰石型,纯度很高,而且形貌近似球形。制备条件对纳米碳酸钙的粒径有显著的影响:随着反应温度升高,纳米碳酸钙的粒径减小;随着氯化钙滴加时间的增加,纳米碳酸钙的粒径增大;随着反应物浓度的提高,纳米碳酸钙的粒径先减小后增大;当分散剂为柠檬酸和焦磷酸钠的混合溶液时所得纳米碳酸钙的粒径最小,当分散剂为乙醇和焦磷酸钠的混合溶液时所得纳米碳酸钙的粒径最大。利用这些影响规律通过控制制备条件可以实现所需粒径纳米碳酸钙的可控制备。 相似文献

Studies have elucidated that pyrethroids induce adipogenesis. It is also known that macrophages can affect the homeostasis of adipose tissue. However, whether and how the β-cypermethrin (β-CYP)-mediated inhibition of the macrophages affects adipogenesis remain unknown. To explore the effects of β-CYP on adipogenesis through modulating the function of macrophages, 3T3-L1 cells, a preadipocyte cell line, were exposed to culture medium from either RAW 264.7 cells, a macrophage cell line (RM), or β-CYP-treated RAW 264.7 cells (CRM). CRM decreased the inhibitory effects of RM treatment on cell proliferation and adipogenesis, as lipid accumulation, the CEBPA content, and Fasn and Acaca expression in 3T3-L1 cells were higher following CRM treatment than following RM treatment through the higher levels of the demethylated CEBPA promoter in 3T3-L1 cells. However, the medium from β-CYP- and N-acetyl-L-cysteine-cotreated RAW 264.7 cells (CNRM) partially restored the inhibitory effects of RAW 264.7 cells on 3T3-L1 cells that had been reduced by CRM, indicating that β-CYP might reduce the cytotoxicity and inhibitory effects of RAW 264.7 cells on the adipogenesis of 3T3-L1 cells through elevating ROS levels in RAW 264.7 cells. Moreover, exposure to β-CYP downregulated the TNF-α secretion in RAW 264.7 cells. In conclusion, these data demonstrated that β-CYP affected the function of RAW 264.7 cells, alleviating their inhibitory effects on adipogenesis and CEBPA demethylation in 3T3-L1 cells. β-CYP might achieve these effects through downregulating the secretion of TNF-α via elevating ROS levels in RAW 264.7 cells. This paper presents influence analysis of bracket set on seismic performance of steel eave columns in Chinese traditional style buildings. Eight 1/1.5‐scale steel eave columns were constructed and tested under low cyclic reversed loading, including 4 specimens with bracket set and 4 specimens without bracket set. Based on the analysis of the strain of the specimens, the failure modes of the specimens were obtained. In addition, the hysteresis loops, skeleton curves, degradations of stiffness and strength, ductility, and dissipation capacities of the specimens were analyzed. Bracket set changed the force transfer mechanisms and failure modes of the specimens and had a significant influence on the seismic performance of the specimens. Compared with the specimens without bracket set, the yielded and ultimate bearing capacities of the specimens with bracket set improved by 30.7% and 24.0%, respectively. And also, the stiffness of the specimens with bracket set at the yielded and ultimate points increased by 52.8% and 135.6%. The dissipation capacities of the specimens with bracket set were 2.12 times those of the specimens without bracket set at yielded load. However, the ductility of the specimens with bracket set slightly decreased by 8.5%. It was shown that the seismic performance of the specimens with bracket set was better than that of the specimens without bracket set. The work in this paper provides a basis for further theoretical study on the seismic performance of steel eave columns in Chinese traditional style buildings. 相似文献

Isoelectric solubilisation/precipitation (ISP) process was applied to goose liver (GL) for protein extraction. The gelation properties of proteins extracted by acid processes (ACP, pH 2.0, 2.5 and 3.0) and alkaline processes (ALP, pH 11.0, 11.5 and 12.0) were estimated, where the unextracted ground GL was set as the control. Nearly 58.39~79.00% of GL proteins were recovered by ISP treatments. High molecular weight (100~250 kDa) proteins were found to be partially hydrolysed by ACP, while few changes in proteins occurred during ALP. As evidenced by rheological and textural measurements, ALP proteins formed gels with high elasticity and superior texture, whereas ACP proteins had inferior gelation properties. Moreover, ALP proteins were able to form a highly interconnected and homogeneous three‐dimensional microstructure. Predominantly, gels produced by 11.0 had optimal texture and the lowest cooking loss (P < 0.05). 尕斯库勒油田E13油藏已经进入高含水时期,储采失衡加剧,综合含水率达到了80%以上,原油产量下降,经济效益变差。为了提高油藏原油采出程度、改善油藏开发效果,调研了国内外减氧空气驱的机理研究以及现场试验的资料,建立了以油藏真实孔渗饱数据为基础的一维条形地层机理模型,并选取该油藏Y12-27井组进行了减氧空气驱可行性验证。研究表明:纵向顶部减氧空气驱驱油效果优于水驱和氮气驱;驱替压力对原油采出程度影响不大;注水转注气可以提高原油采出程度;对于减氧空气驱,由于低温氧化反应的作用,氧气浓度对原油采出程度有一定影响,但比较微弱,其中,氧气浓度为10%时,驱替结束采出程度最高;尕斯库勒油田E13油藏属于注水开发“双高”油藏,适用于减氧空气驱;对于该油藏Y12-27井组,顶部减氧空气驱驱油效果好于水驱和氮气驱,建议氧气浓度超过10%时采取关井等措施。 相似文献
